Cancer Strategy for Wales
1 Feb 2011The Festivals Company has produced a short film for Macmillan Cancer to support their campaign to ensure that Wales gets a cancer strategy.
The short film compares the experience of a long and arduous car journey to the long and tiring cancer experience. The film juxtaposes a young couple travelling through Wales with the aural testimony of two people who have suffered from cancer.
"The film’s visuals represent the financial, practical, and emotional impact of cancer. By adding the testimony of Peter and Fiona we’ve created a film with a clear message that Macmillan Cancer wanted – Wales needs a Cancer Strategy," said James Nee.
"This was an important project for the company which confirmed our ability to take on board a specialised brief from the client, marry that with our creative skills and work to a budget to deliver a quality project," added Berwyn Rowlands.
