London reception for Iris

14 Mar 2010

The Festivals Company who produce the Iris Prize Festival has joined forces with Peccadillo Pictures and Festival Patron Andrew Pierce from the Daily Mail to organise a drinks reception to celebrate the screening of Colonial Gods and An American Eye on Bute Street as part of the 24th London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival.

The reception will take place on Monday 29 March 2010 between 8.30pm – 11.30pm at the Delegate Centre, BFI Southbank, Belvedere Road, London. SE1 8XT

"The reception will be an ideal opportunity for the Festivals Company team who work on the Iris Prize Festival to encourage more film makers to submit their work to Iris and also increase the public awareness of what the Cardiff based Iris Prize Festival has to offer," said Berwyn Rowlands.

"The London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival has been very supportive of the Iris Prize Festival from its inception and is one of our 15 nominating partner festivals," he added.
