Three become one!

The Festivals Company would like to thank the three judges tasked with deciding the winner of the Welsh Curry House of the Year 2007. Nitya Pooviah author of A Pinch of Chilli a cookbook of authentic Indian recipes; Graham Titchener from Meat Promotion Wales who promote Welsh lamb and beef and Mike Ahmed owner of the Spice Merchant, Cardiff Bay - the only restaurant in Wales not competing in the competition.

The three judges pictured above and the winning curry house can be seen in Some Like it Hot with Hywel James on ITV 1 Wales on Tuesday 20 and Tuesday 27 March at 7.30pm.
