Cardiff's Indian Food Festival 2007

The Spice Merchant in Cardiff Bay, The Cinnamon Tree in Pontcanna, the Juboraj Lakeside in Roath and Chapter Arts Centre have joined forces with the Festivals Company to present Cardiff’s Indian Food Festival in March 2007.
The latest festival to take place in the Capital will include cookery demonstrations, film screening, Kingfisher ice cold beer, master classes and fine wine tasting attempting to banish the winter blues this March by embracing the colour, taste and spectacle of India.
You can experience the festival with Hywel James in Some Like it Hot, three half hour programmes which will be broadcast every Tuesday evening at 7.30pm starting 13th March on ITV 1 Wales.
